What the site is

Just Style Me publishes color and style guides and a free analyzer. The output is general information about hue, value, chroma, proportion, and clothing. It is not a personal styling contract, not a certified color analysis from a human draping appointment, and not medical, dermatological, psychological, or relationship advice. A season name does not predict attractiveness, character, or health.

Your photos

You are responsible for the photos you submit. Use a picture you have the right to use. Do not photograph someone else for this tool without their permission. If you consent, we store the downscaled image with the reading, the IP address, approximate location, user agent, and referrer, as the privacy policy describes. You can ask for deletion through the contact form. We may refuse a photo that you had no right to send.

The reading can be wrong

White balance, a yellow lamp, heavy makeup, a covered hairline, and a blurry frame all move the numbers. The page says when confidence is limited. If the guide and the mirror disagree, believe a daylight drape before you buy a wardrobe. Palettes are a library we maintain. They are not a unique scientific measurement of you.

Acceptable use

Do not attack the site, probe it for other people’s readings, or overload the analyze endpoint. The endpoint is rate limited and protected by Turnstile. Automated scraping of the guides for a competing model, and any use that breaks the law, are not allowed. You may link to the public guides. The admin area is only for the owner.

Share links

A report link opens a report stored on our servers. The free sections are visible to anyone with the link. Paid sections appear on that link only after the report is unlocked. Older links that stored a guide in the address itself still work, and they contain whatever was placed in them. Do not present a sample reading as a measurement of a real person who was not photographed.

Payments

The first analysis is free. A further analysis, and the paid sections of a report, require a one-time payment of $19.99 in US dollars, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. Paying unlocks that report and includes new analyses for 30 days from the payment. After 30 days, another analysis requires another $19.99, which again unlocks that new report and restarts the 30 days.

Refunds: if a successful charge does not unlock the report, email hello@juststyleme.com within 14 days and we will unlock the report or refund that charge. This is a placeholder refund policy for the current version and may be updated before wider launch. Card numbers are handled by Stripe. We do not store them. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment processing.

Intellectual property

The text, palette library, and site design are ours except where a tool is clearly someone else’s. The face landmark model is MediaPipe’s, under its license. Seasonal names such as “True Autumn” are descriptive terms in wide use. We are not affiliated with any color-analysis studio or certification body. You may quote a short passage with a link. You may not copy the guide library wholesale.

Advertising

Slots exist and are empty until we add a publisher ID. If ads appear later, they are third-party content. A relationship with an advertiser does not change a palette. See the privacy policy for cookies.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep the guides accurate and the analyzer honest about its limits. We do not warrant that a color will suit you, that the model will be available, or that the site will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make about clothing, dye, cosmetics, or money spent after reading a page. Some places do not allow certain limitations; in those places, the limit applies only as far as the law permits. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer.

Changes and contact

We may update the site and these terms. The date above will change when the terms change. Questions go to hello@juststyleme.com. An account is optional. If you open one, you are responsible for the comments and posts made with it. Do not post someone else's photo without their permission, and do not post anyone under 18. We may remove a post, hold it for review, or suspend an account. Newsletter mail is sent only after you confirm, and every message has an unsubscribe link. The postal address in that mail is the company address on the privacy policy. Continuing to use the site after an update is how the new terms apply to a new visit.
